I'll admit, I was a bit a little apprehensive. Wreck diving requires extra care. But the team at **Amadive** was fantastic. Their Divemasters provided a detailed safety briefing. We discussed safety protocols, the story of the wreck, and what to expect below. The fact we were in a small group instantly made me feel confident.

Going down was click here surreal. First, it's a shadow in the blue, then suddenly it came into view. It was enormous. The ship is now a thriving new home, draped in corals and teeming with fish. We saw giant groupers peeking from inside the hull, and lionfish hiding in the cracks. That feeling of swimming alongside this giant, silent vessel was indescribable—eerie, beautiful, and humbling at the same time. It truly is a time capsule on the seabed.

If you're an Open Water diver (or higher) coming to Con Dao and looking for something more the usual reef dive, I urge you this **dive** highly enough. It was the absolute highlight of my Vietnam trip. A massive shout-out to the **Amadive** crew for their expertise and for making this incredible adventure so safe.
